含Mo低碳贝氏体钢形变奥氏体连续冷却相变规律研究

摘    要:在Gleeble-1500热力模拟试验机上,利用热膨胀法测定了两种含Mo低碳贝氏体钢在850℃变形30%后再以不同冷却速度冷却到室温的连续冷却相变曲线(CCT曲线),在Axiovert 200 MAT光学显微镜下检测冷却后的组织.结果表明,奥氏体化的低碳钢低速冷却后的组织主要由粗大的铁素体和少量颗粒状珠光体组成;提高连...

Abstract:A continuous cooling transformation diagram(CCT)of the two Mo-bearing low-carbon bainite steel reduced by 30% at 850 ℃ and was obtained through simulating experiment on Gleeble-1500 t hermomechanical testing system.The microstructure of the steel after being cooled was determined by the use of the optical microscope Axiovert 200 MAT.The results of experiment show that the microstructure of low carbon steel which has been cooled from austenitized temperature consists of chiefly coarse ferrite and a small amount of pearlite.Increase in cooling rate will cause decrease in the starting temperature of transformation,shortening of the duration of transformation,refining of the structure as well as disappearance of the pearlite and formation of bainite,and the hardness would raise when cooling rate was raise.
