| 摘 要： | 介绍了西钢60 t Consteel电弧炉应用USTB氧气喷吹系统的具体情况,其冶炼周期缩短了10.2 min,冶炼电耗降低77.8 kW·h/t,冶炼成本显著下降,生产率明显提高.

| Abstract: | This article introduced the detailed application of the USTB oxygen inject system on the 60 t Consteel EAF in the Xining Special Steel.The cost of steelmaking was quite reduced and the productivity has been obviously improved because the tap to tap time shortening 10.2 min and power consumption reducing 77.8 kW·h/t. |
