低温烧结NiCuZn铁氧体材料的研究现状及进展

摘    要:阐述了叠层片式电感线圈的现状及其低温共烧技术,详细介绍了铁氧体粉料制备的工艺方法.并从配方要求,添加剂的作用等方面综合介绍了国内外的研究情况及最新进展,指出了今后软磁铁氧体研究的主要方向及所要达到的性能要求,展望了低温烧结铁氧体的发展趋势.

Abstract:Current situation of multilayer inductance winding and low sintering technology is studied,a detailed explanation is made in the preparation method of ferrite powder and the developing of the technology is explained.The progresses of the research of homeland and abroad and the latest progress are explained in the aspect of the effect of addition.The direction in the study of magnetism ferrite and the demanded function is pointed out.And the developing trend of low sintering technology of ferrite is forecast...
