高校后勤职工素质分析

建设高素质的后勤队伍，是高校后勤社会化改革的需要，也是高等教育事业发展的需要，本文根据形势的发展和目前存在的问题并结合高校的实际，进行综合分析后认为，只要学校高度重视，并采取切实措施抓紧抓好，就一定能够建设一支符合后勤社会化改革要求，对高等教育事业的发展具有重要保障作用的后勤职工队伍。
