基于参数化技术的设计方法研究

摘    要:介绍了基于参数化技术的自顶向下设计过程和实施方法 ,提出了以“顶层基本骨架”作为自顶向下设计时信息传递纽带的思想 ,并以三维参数化设计软件Pro/ENGINEER为平台 ,结合产品设计实例 ,实现了以“顶层基本骨架”为核心自顶向下的零件设计和模具设计过程。该设计思想和方法支持并行工程及工作组之间的协同设计和相关设计。

Abstract:Based on parametric technology,the design method by top down is presented in this paper.The idea that"Top Basic Skeleton"is bridge of transferring information is established during the design process,and with the 3D parametric design software Pro/ENGINEER.The part and mold top down designs of a handset are finished successfully in the actual application.This thinking and method of design supports concurrent engineering,cooperation and correlation design among the workgroup.
