| 摘 要： | 采用最小二乘法,研究食品储藏品质理论模型参数的确定和经验公式的建立,利用数学模型描述食品贮藏过程中品质的时变规律,对食品的贮藏品质进行动态模拟,预测食品在不同贮藏条件下的品质指标,确定食品的货架寿命、适宜的贮藏条件,控制食品的贮藏品质,为食品贮藏过程中品质的计算机模拟与控制提供依据。

| Abstract: | The determination of theoretic model parameter and establish of experienced mathematic model of food storage quality were studied in the present paper according to lowest multiplication.The time-change regulars of food storage quality could be described by the mathematic model,which can be used to simulate the storage quality,forecast food quality stored in difference condition,calculate the shelf life,determine storage condition,and provide technical references for the project computer simulation and control for Food Storage Quality management. |
