摘    要:针对中原油田采出井结垢严重的问题,在实验室中以马来酸酐(MAA)、不饱和酯(CEA)和烯丙基磺酸钠(ASS)为原料,制得防垢剂MAP。根据正交试验,确定了防垢剂MAX,的最佳单体配方:ASS加量为22.0g,CEA加量为9.0g,MAA加量为36.0g,单体质量分数为15%。以氯乙酸和多乙烯多胺为原料,合成了溶垢剂PEPA,确定了溶垢剂PEPA的最佳合成条件:氯乙酸加量为5.2mol,多乙烯多胺加量为1.0mol,NaOH加量为5.2mol,低温反应时间6h,沸腾反应时间2h。并对他们进行了性能评价,结果表明,防垢剂MAP和溶垢剂PEPA-1复配后具有较好的协同作用,防垢率可达98.00%以上,溶垢率可达79.92%。

Abstract:To resolve the problem of serious scale in production well of Zhongyuan Oilfield, the scale inhibitor was prepared from maleic anhydride (MAA) ,unsaturated ester (CEA) , and sodium allylsulfonate (ASS) .The optimum formula of the scale inhibitor MAP was determined by orthogonal experiment as follows: ASS amount 22.0 g, CEA amount 9.0 g,MAA amount 36.0 g,mass percent of monomer 15% .The scale- dissolving agent PEPA was synthesized with chloroacetic acid and polyethylenepolyamine as materials. The optimum synthetic conditions of PEPA were determined as follows: chloroacetic acid amount 5.2 mol, polyethylenepolyamine amount 1.0 mol, NaOH amount 5 .2 mol, reaction time at low temperature 6 h, reaction time under boiling 2 h. The their performances were evaluated . The results showed that the complex of MAP and PEPA - 1 had good synergism, rate of scale inhibition was above 98.00% ,rate of scale solution was up to 79.92% .
