| 摘 要： | 概述了消防指挥自动化系统效能评估的重要意义、效能评估指标体系的种类及建立指标体系应遵循的原则,并在此基础上构建了效能评估指标体系。介绍了评估标准的等级划分和确定方法,在此基础上确定了消防指挥自动化系统效能评估指标的评测方法和分级标准。

| Abstract: | The importance of the effectiveness evaluation of fire command automation system,the type of the effectiveness evaluation index system and the rules of building the index system are summarized,and the effectiveness evaluation index system is constructed.The classification and decision of the evaluation index are introduced,and the evaluation method and grading standards of the fire command automation system's evaluation index system is decided. |
