风筒注塑模设计

摘    要:通过对风筒外壳产品结构和注塑成型存在的工艺问题进行了分析,选择苯乙烯-丁二烯-丙烯晴共聚物(ABS)的成型工艺参数,确定了该塑件的注塑模结构为一模两腔。设计了内外滑块侧抽芯机构、浇注系统和温度控制系统。结果表明:内滑块机构解决了内部空间较小倒扣塑件成型问题。

Abstract:By analyzing the structure of hair dryer shell and technology problems existing in injection forming,and choosing the molding parameters of Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene copolymer (ABS),the injection mould structure use one module and two cavities were determined. The innerouter sliding block side core-pulling mechanism,gating system and temperature control system were established. The results indicated that the inner sliding block mechanism can resolve the molding problem of upended parts in narrow inner space.
