基于生长型设计的产品反求

当前的反求工程研究大多集中于三维重构和快速成型方面,而针对产品的反求设计理论与系统研究较少.文中引入了产品功能结构分解重构原理与广义定位原理的生长型设计理论,在此基础上开发了支持后续创新设计的产品反求系统.从已有产品的实体模型出发,应用生长型设计理论对产品设计过程进行回溯,将产品分解为由功能元组成的功能原型,然后通过功能元之间的耦合作用实现对需求原型的反求,支持基于产品功能结构进行的产品结构方案的创新设计.

Reverse seeking of product based on growth typed design

Current studies on reverse seeking engineering are mostly concentrated on the aspects of 3D reconstruction and rapid formation,yet the studies are less on the reverse seeking designing theory and system of product.The principle of decomposed reconstruction of product's functional structure and growth typed designing theory of generalized positioning principle were introduced in this paper,on these basis the product's reverse seeking system that supports the following-up innovative design was developed.Start from the entity model of the already existed product and utilizing the growth typed designing theory to carrying out retrospection on the course of product design.Let the product be decomposed into the functional prototype constituted by functional elements and then by means of coupling effects among the functional elements to realize reverse seeking on the required prototype and sustain the innovative design of product's structural scheme to be carried out basing on product's functional structures.
