烟气余热吸附式制冷单管的传热传质模型

摘    要:针对已完成的发动机排气吸附式制冷机,考虑吸附床内非平衡吸附的特点,建立了以氯化钙-氨为工质对的吸附式制冷系统吸附床传热传质数学模型,采用数值计算方法对模型进行了模拟计算,得出了吸附床的制冷性能及温度场分布,并与实验结果进行了比较。结果表明,该模型能较好的模拟吸附床内的传热传质过程,为吸附床的优化设计提供了依据。

Abstract:A numerical model of CaCl 2 NH 3 solid adsorption refrigerating system based on non equilibrium thermodynamics was developed. The heat and mass transfer performances in adsorption/desorption process were analyzed. The temperature field in adsorbent bed and refrigerating capacity of refrigerant are obtained, and an experiment is done to validate the model. The experiment results show that the model can simulation calculate the heat and mass transfer in the adsorbent bed. It is helpful for optimum design on solid refrigerating system.
