关于完善分散控制系统的几点建议

分析了韶关发电厂10号机组分散控制系统（DCS）在运行中存在的问题．提出了改善DCS的建议：设置参数变化率和差值的监控,设置机组起动和滑压运行的曲线画面．完善特殊工况的提示报警功能。为确保测量数量的可靠性和准确性,提出了一系列完善测量制度和技术的措施。这些建议和措施．对热控维护、机组运行和DCS的设计制造等都有借鉴作用。

Proposals on improving distributed control system

Taking Unit 10 distributed control system(DCS) in Shaoguan Power Plant as an example,this paper presents from the operation angle some suggestions for improving DCS,which include implementing monitoring of parametric variation rate and parameter difference,establishing and displaying the unit start-up curve and sliding pressure operation curve,ameliorating the prompting and alarming function for special conditions,etc.A series of measures are also put forward to guarantee the accuracy of measured data.All these suggestions can provide reference for heat power engineering control and maintenance,the operation of units as well as the design and manufacture of DCS.
