粉煤灰激发剂的研究

摘    要:选择两种复合激发剂 ,研究复合激发剂对粉煤灰水泥强度的影响 ,并通过水化程度、DTA测试研究激发剂对粉煤灰的活化机理。结果表明 :激发剂有效地激发了粉煤灰的活性 ,促使粉煤灰Si O和Al O键的断裂 ,加快粉煤灰水泥水化速度 ;当粉煤灰掺量 4 0 %时 ,其水泥 2 8d抗压强度达到 4 8MPa。

Abstract:Undertook an experiment in which we chose and applied two different activating agents and attempted to detect effects of these two activating agents upon the strength of fly ash cement,and to study the mechanisms of such positive effect of the process of cement hydration by using DTA.The results of our experiment show that these two activating agents not only effectively activated the activity of fly ash by breaking the bonds between Si-O and Al-O,but also quickened the speed of fly ash cement hydration.In fact,when the content of fly ash reaches 40%,the 28-day strength of fly ash cement could reach 48MPa.
