油田固井水泥自修复技术研究进展

摘    要:摘要:水泥环受井下各因素的影响,其完整性易遭到破坏,形成微孔隙通道,造成气水窜、套管持续带压等现象,对油井产能及寿命产生不利影响。将水泥微裂缝自修复技术应用于固井水泥环中,使其具备对微孔隙的自修复能力,对维持水泥环耐久性,适应井下复杂条件具有重要意义。本文综述分析了目前自修复技术在油田固井上的研究应用状况,以期为固井水泥环自修复技术研究及材料开发有所借鉴。

Abstract:With the influence of downhole environment, the cement sheath integrity would be easily ruined, which means micro -- annulus formed and caused migration, casing sustain pressure and so on, thus decrease the life of oil well. The application of the self -- healing cement in well cementing had great significance which makes the cement sheath maintain integrity. This paper overviewed the achievements on self -- healing cement technology and the application on oil well cementing to maintain long -- term integrity and cementing quality. With the purpose of researching on self -- healing cement materials using in well cementing.
