摘    要:油井脱气是生产过程中经常遇到的问题,它直接影响油井的正常生产,如不及时采取措施,不仅给采油工作带来困难,而且将会影响油层的采油速度和采收率,解决油井脱气问题,现场措施及手段很少,通常通过油藏部门进行分析后制定井下工艺措施进行治理,但卡气作业涉及人员多、工作量大,成本高。在多年的油井管理中,针对脱气油井能否实现通过油藏知识利用现场工作制度的调整实现治理脱气现象一直是现场探索的课题。如何实现既可以减少油井作业,又可以延长电潜泵的使用寿命,我们始终将油井脱气的现场治理作为油井精心管理的一个重要工作,以地质油藏为基础结合现场实际情况进行诊断、规划、处理形成一套治理脱气的有效方法,以具备参考价值的E1-2井治理的典型性形成总结。

Degassing treatment of Jinzhou 9-3 oilfield E1-2 well
Abstract:Degassing is frequently encountered in the production process,which directly affect the normal production of oil well.If not to take measures timely,it will not only bring difficulty to production work,but also will affect the oil production rate and recovery.To solve the problem of oil-well degassing,it is usually analyzed by reservoir institution and makes technology measures to control degassing as for lacking the oilfield measures and methods,and the treibgas involving personnel,heavy workload,high cost.In well management for many years,to control degassing well through adjusting working system by utilizing reservoir knowledge has been the exploration task.Concerning on reducing the work of oil well operation and prolonging the service life of electric submersible pump,we always take degassing as an important work of oil well management.Basing on geological reservoir,the diagnosis,treatment planning was combined with together to form an effective method of degassing governance.We summarized typical governance methods of E1-2wells in this paper.
