| 摘 要： | 通过对全国5大城市问卷抽样调查数据的定量分析,并结合天津华章里社区的典型个案研究,探讨现有的社区服务体系面临的挑战,围绕社会交往、社区活动、社区选举、社区管理、社区服务5个方面,检视我国现阶段农民工社区融入面临的问题及其原因,发现社区融入的现实路径,提出完善农民工的社区服务、促进社会融入的政策意义。
