球磨粉的特点及其对预焙阳极性能的影响

摘    要:研究了球磨粉的特点和普通球磨粉与超细粉的差别,并根据不同粒度焦炭的吸附性计算出其粘结剂的最佳需要量。结果表明,小于0.075mm球磨粉需要粘结剂量是2mm~1mm焦炭需要粘结剂量的3.0倍,是4mm~2mm焦炭需要粘结剂量的3.3倍。同时还计算了由不同粒度焦炭构成的糊料的真密度,小于0.075mm球磨粉构成糊料的真密度低于0.5mm~0.15mm及0.15mm~0.075mm焦炭构成糊料的真密度,但明显高于4mm~2mm构成糊料的真密度。小于0.075mm球磨粉的含量对阳极的性能有明显的影响,其含量适宜时,预焙阳极的体积密度和抗折强度最高,电阻率最低。

Abstract:The characteristics of the ball-milled powder and the difference between common powder and superfine powder were studied.The optimum binder content for different coke powders in various granularity was calculated on the basis of the powder's absorbing capacity.It was found that for less than 0.075mm powder's,the binder content is 3.0 times higher than that for 2mm~1mm granule and 3.3 times higher than that for 4mm~2mm granule.The real density of paste mixed with various granularity coke was also calculated....
