电解槽保温技术的应用与探讨

摘    要:电解槽的热平衡不仅关系到工艺条件的设定,还关系到电能消耗的多少。针对目前电解系列低电压的运行趋势,在炉底部采取保温措施,使得炉底的温度升高,达到溶解炉底沉淀、降低炉底压降等效果,最终为降低槽电压寻找空间。从而降低热损失,减小能耗,达到节约电能的目的。

Abstract:The thermal equilibrium of electrolytic cell is not only with the process conditions of setting,also related to consumption of electricity.Because at present low voltage running trend of electrolytic series,taken measures and the furnace bottom of the temperature increases,Dissolved furnace bottom precipitation,reduce furnace bottom pressure voltage down,In order to reduce the slot voltage looking for space.Thus reduce heat loss and energy consumption.the purpose is saving electricity.
