| 摘 要： | 铝土矿选矿建设项目因为对设备前期管理研究不足造成很大经济损失,本文通过对铝土矿选矿建设项目特性分析,利用设备综合工程学的基本理论,对选矿项目建设中的设备前期管理的工作方法和作业流程做了探索,目的是尽可能减少因设备管理不足造成的决策失误,为项目建成后的顺利投产和投产后的生产系统安全经济运行创造有利条件.

| Abstract: | Through analyzing characteristics of bauxite dressing project and utilizing the basic theories of equipment compositive engineering,this paper discusses about methods and operation flow of preliminary phase management of equipment during dressing project construction in order to reduce improper decision with insufficient equipment management as possible and to create advantaged conditions for safe and economic operation of production system after completed project. |
