氧化铝生产中赤泥变性和膨胀机理的研究

摘    要:通过XRD对赤泥变性和赤泥膨胀机理进行了研究.研究表明:赤泥变性主要是由于原硅钙分解及由此引发的一系列副反应引起的,而在赤泥变性过程生成多种反应活性的水合钙离子和氢氧化钙等极性化合物,它与水分子通过氢键形成架桥现象,促进颗粒团聚,使颗粒间相互粘连,发生赤泥膨胀.

Abstract:Mechanism on denaturalization and expansion by XRD were studied in the paper.The research showed that denaturalization of red mud was begot as a result of decomposing C2S and its side reaction,while denaturalization engendered activity compound with multi-calcium hydroxide hydrogen,bridge was formed by hydrogen bond between moisture and multi-calcium hydroxide,accelerating particle clustering and conglutination between particle and expanding.
