摘    要:主要介绍在国内某厂200kA系列普通阴极炭块电解槽上,由于长期使用不同厂家的氧化铝造成电解质成分比较复杂,前几年技术经济指标不理想,2009年8月开始在使用粉状氧化铝的五个工区探索低电压及配套技术的管理思路.经过一年的实践,主要技术经济指标与2008年系列技术经济指标相比有明显进步.

Abstract:Technical economic indexes of 200kA pots with ordinary cathodes in one domestic smelter were not good several years before due to complex bath compositions by using alumina from different plants for a long time.Low voltage and matched technology had been searched in five sections using powdery alumina since Aug.2009.After a year of practice,main technical economic indexes have made obviously improved comparing with indexes in 2008.
