摘    要:电流强化是提高铝电解槽产能和劳动效率的有效途径,但同样会带来热场等槽况的波动,需要调节相关生产工艺以维持热量平衡,确保生产的平稳运行.本文以某160kA中小型铝电解槽为对象,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS平台进行电热平衡数值仿真计算.结果表明,当该型电解槽电流强化至180kA时,将极距和上部氧化铝覆盖料厚度分别降低10mm和15mm,并将铝水平提高20mm,可维持良好的热平衡状况.工业实验证明,通过同时对控制精度及工艺的调整,该槽型电流效率从92.5%提高到93.5%,直流电耗由13600kWh/t - Al降至12400kWh/t -Al.
