铝电解槽用自结合碳化硅侧衬材料的性能

摘    要:研究分析了以SiC为结合相的自结合碳化硅砖的力学性能、化学组成、热导率及抗冰晶石侵蚀性、抗熔碱侵蚀、抗氧化性、抗热震等使用性能,并与氮化硅结合碳化硅材料进行了对比试验.研究结果表明,自结合碳化硅具有良好的力学性能,抗碱性和抗热震性较氮化硅结合碳化硅更优,热导率比氮化硅结合碳化硅砖高10% ~ 20%,抗冰晶石侵蚀性能比氮化硅结合碳化硅提高近1倍,预计这种新型碳化硅砖作为超大型铝电解槽侧衬更具优势.

Abstract:The mechanical properties,chemical composition and thermal conductivity of self-bonded SiC material as well as its service performances such as cryolite resistance,alkali resistance,oxidation resistance and thermal shock resistance etc were investigated and compared with Si3N4-SiC material.The results showed that self-bonded SiC material presented good mechanical properties and superior alkali resistance and thermal shock resistance to Si3N4-SiC material.Particularly,the thermal conductivity of such materia...
