400kA预焙铝电解槽磁场分布应用研究

摘    要:随着电解槽向超大型方向发展,磁场分布对电解槽的稳定性尤显重要。本文首先通过理论研究,建立400kA预焙阳极铝电解槽稳态电场和磁场模型,使用有限元法对模型进行数值求解,然后依据电解槽磁流体稳定性条件,得到400kA电解槽磁场分布计算结果。并且,通过现场测试,对400kA电解槽磁场分布进行验证,表明模型计算结果较为准确。
