铝挤压材生产的能耗和温室效应分析

摘    要:运用生命周期评价方法,结合2008年我国铝工业生产的实际情况,定量评价了生产1吨铝合金挤压材的能耗和温室气体排放,并将其分为原铝生产和铝合金挤压生产两个阶段进行分析。研究表明,与2003年相比,2008年我国原铝生产能耗下降约16%,温室气体排放也有显著降低。这与我国原铝工业积极研发适合我国铝土矿品位的氧化铝制备技术、淘汰自焙槽以及单位发电能耗的下降是分不开的。在铝合金挤压材生产阶段,由于我国85%的铝锭需要重熔,吨铝挤压材生产的能耗是欧洲1.43倍,温室效应是欧洲的2.33倍。

Abstract:Based on Life Cycle Assessment(LCA),with the actual situation of aluminum industry in China in 2008,a quantitative analysis of energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions caused by aluminum alloy extrusion were carried out,including the primary aluminum production and semi-fabrication stage.Studies have shown that,compared to the status of 2003,the energy consumption of primary aluminum production had reduced by 16%,Global Warming Potential(GWP) also had a sharp reduce.These related to the advanced prod...
