低品位细晶—泥晶岩型金矿石柱浸工艺研究

摘    要:根据矿石性质,分析了提金氰化过程中矿泥对矿浆的物理化学性质扩散系数的影响。试验表明,低品位细晶—泥晶岩型金矿石应尽量减少破碎磨矿所造成的矿泥,采用-100 mm粒度的矿石进行柱浸时,柱浸浸出率为77.67%,与原矿裸露金占80%的性质基本吻合,与原矿全泥氰化浸出指标接近。

Abstract:The effects of slime on physicalchemical diffusion coefficient of pulp in the gold leaching process was analyzed based on the ore properties.The experiment results show that the content of slime produced in grinding should be decreased as much as possible.A column leaching rate of 77.67% was obtained with the gold ore of-100 mm size,the data of which is coincidental to the characteristic of 80% uncovered gold of the ore and is close to the index resulted from leaching by cyaniding with run-of-mine.
