| 摘 要： | 介绍了山西鲁晋王曲电厂2×600MW一期工程汽轮发电机定子的搬运与吊装实践。根据现有机械和发电机定子实际，分析了施工作业的难点，介绍了起重机械的负荷分配方案和从卸车、搬运直至就位的全过程施工方案，实现了安全、经济、合理和有效的目的。

| Abstract: | Based on existing machinery and tools as well as the characteristics of the generator stator ,the author analyses the difficulties in hoisting the Generator Stator and proposes a load distribution scheme and a construction technique that covers the entire lifting process ,hoist until being mounted. |
