基坑周围建筑物沉降观测与分析

山东凯旋新城基坑降水工程中,基坑周边距建筑物及道路较近,采用高喷止水帷幕与回灌相结合的方法,控制基坑周边建筑物沉降。通过对基坑周围建筑物沉降的观测及观测数据进行沉降影响分析,认为高喷止水帷幕和回灌措施能有效控制基坑周围建筑物的沉降。

Observation and Analysis on Settlement of Buildings around Foundation Pit

In the project of foundation pit dewatering for Kaixuan new town in Shandong province,the foundation pit is close to buildings and roads,so the method combined high pressure waterproof curtain with recharging well is adopted to control the settlement of buildings around the foundation pit.Through the observations for the surrounding buildings settlement and observed data,the influence caused settlement is analyzed,it shows that the measure combined high pressure waterproof curtain with recharging well can control effectively the settlement of buildings around the foundation pit.
