| 摘 要： | 介绍了混凝土二次搅拌工艺的优势，针对双螺旋轴搅拌机的一次投料法、先拌水泥砂浆法、水泥裹砂法的搅拌工艺，在理论分析和试验研究的基础上，确定了合理的混凝土搅拌工艺及其参数。

| Abstract: | Based on the theoretical analysis and experimental research, it conclude a reasonable mixing technology and parameter in allusion to a feeding method、the first mixed with cement mortar method and sand enveloped with cement method. The results indicate that the first mixed with cement mortar method and sand enveloped with cement method can improve the strength and uniformity of concrete and the first mixed with cement mortar method is better than cement wrapping sand method. The rational mixing time is 80s-90s, mixing speed is 1.6m/s-1.8m/s, the first quality of water is 80%-90%. |
