隧道拱架安装车的技术研究

为解决隧道钢拱架人工安装方式劳动强度大、作业效率低以及施工安全问题，研制一种可在隧道施工中进行拱架运输、自动操作安装的专用设备十分必要。针对隧道施工环境和拱架安装要求，介绍了国内外拱架安装车研制状况和所设计的拱架安装车的结构和工作原理，分析了设计中的关键技术。

Research on the technologies of steel support installing vehicle

In order to settle the problem of installing steel supports by hand, it is necessary to design a special machine used for conveying and installing steel supports in tunnels. Using the steel installing vehicle can reduce the labor strength, raise the labor rate and increase the construction safety. This paper introduces the status of study at home and abroad and the structural composition and the working principle of the steel support installing vehicle. The relevant key technologies are discussed according to the tunnel construction conditions and installation requirements of steel supports in our country. The application of the steel support installing vehicle can improve the mechanized construction technology and realize rapid construction of tunnels.
