广东某铅锌矿选矿废水资源化处理

摘    要:由于环境保护的重要性和水资源的紧缺,选矿废水进行治理后作为水资源循环利用是保护水资源的一个重要手段。针对广东某铅锌矿选矿生产工艺、选矿废水的构成、水质特征,对其废水进行澄清净化处理,考查不同废水占用率及选矿药剂用量对浮选效果的影响,研究废水资源化处理与综合利用的最佳技术条件,并介绍了将该技术应用于生产的情况,废水回收利用率达90%以上。研究结果具有显著的经济效益和社会效益,有利于实现矿山清洁生产。

Abstract:As for the importance of environmental protection and shortage of water resources,cycle-use of mineral processing wastewater was conducted.Directed at the producing technology,the composition and quality of the mineral processing wastewater,clarification and purification treatment was carried on it,investigating the effects of occupancy ratio of different wastewater and dosage of reagents on flotation results,studying the optimal technology for resourceful treatment and comprehensive utilization.Besides,the cycle-use technology in industry production was introduced,the utilization rate of which reached 90%.This research results not only did remarkable benefits of economy and society bring,but also reduced pollution and obtained the cleaning production purpose.
