黑钛石固溶体的矿物学特征

摘    要:黑钛石是钒钛磁铁矿还原球团、电炉熔炼渣和高钛渣的主要组成矿物,但可供参考的矿物学资料很少。2005~2009年,在钒钛磁铁矿铁精矿/钛精矿预还原—电炉熔炼工艺流程试验研究中,笔者对不同条件下的还原球团和电炉熔炼渣进行了工艺矿物学研究。根据多年的钒钛磁铁矿还原球团和电炉渣工艺矿物学研究,归纳总结黑钛石的显微镜下鉴定特征、X射线衍射图谱特征和化学成分变化和化学式,为今后工艺矿物学研究提供参考。

Abstract:Anosovite is the main mineral composition of reduced briquette,electric furnace smelting slag and high titanium slag,but there is few mineralogical materials that can be referred.From 2005 to 2009,in the experiment of pre-reduction-electric furnace smelting,the mineralogical research of reduced briquette and electric furnace smelting slag was carried on under different condition.According to researches of several years,the identification characteristics under microscope,the graph spectral features of x-ray diffraction,changes in chemical component and chemical formula of anosovite were summed.It provides reference for mineralogical research.
