某锂多金属矿综合回收试验研究

摘    要:对某含锂多金属矿进行了选矿试验研究。针对该矿石的性质,采用"重选—磁选—浮选"联合流程,获得了品位为(Ta+Nb)2O556.06%、Ta2O5回收率66.16%、Nb2O5回收率68.95%)的钽铌精矿;品位44.26%、回收率为83.27%的锡精矿和Li2O品位5.08%、对原矿回收率为72.68%的锂精矿。对影响锂辉石浮选的磨矿细度、调整剂、捕收剂及用量等因素进行了探讨,并获得最佳条件工艺。试验结果表明,该工艺合理可行,选矿指标较为理想,对锂辉石回收的同时回收了铌钽、锡等金属矿物,实现了资源的综合利用。

Abstract:The experimental research on comprehensive utilization of a polymetallic ore containing lithium was conducted.According to characteristics of ore,a combined flowsheet of "gravity concentration-magnetic separation-flotation" was adopted.A Ta-Nb concentrate containing 56.06%(TaNb)2O5 was obtained with the recoveries of Ta2O5 and Nb2O5 of 66.16% and 68.95% respectively,and a tin concentrate containing 44.26% Sn was obtained with a recovery of 83.27%,as well as a lithium concentrate containing 5.08% Li was obtained with a recovery of 72.68% from the run-of-mine ore containing 1.29% Li2O5,0.0108%Ta2O5,0.0205% Nb2O5 and 0.074%Sn.The influence factors on lithium flotation,such as partical size,regulator,collecting agent and collecting agent dosage were explored.The test results showed that the technological flowsheet is rational and feasible,the processing indexes are satisfactory and the objective of comprehensive utilization is realized.
