| 摘 要： | 为了对历史街区文化资源进行更好的保护和利用,采用简单相关性分析、层次分析法、市场调研修正等方法构建了历史街区文化资源价值评估体系,得到提升街区价值的重要影响因素,为历史街区的保护更新提供了参考依据。

| Abstract: | In order to protect and utilize the cultural resource value of the historic districts, using pearson, AHP, market research amendment, the paper build the assessment system of the cultural resource value of the historic districts, get important factors to enhance the value of historic districts, provided reference for the protection and renewal of historical block. |
