Abstract:The paper introduces the main types of railway engineering geology, mainly illustrates the common technical methods for the railway geological survey, and lists the geological survey approaches for magmatic rock, grade metamorphic rock, sedimentary rock, epimetamorphic rock, and unconsolidated sediments, so as to improve the benefits and quality of the engineering geological survey.
