湿法磷酸生产饲料级磷酸氢钙工艺的改进

摘    要:传统的湿法磷酸生产饲料级磷酸氢钙,P-2O_5回收率低,生产连续性差,难以形成规模经营。改进以后,形成洗矿、粗磷酸净化(脱硫、脱氟)同步进行的新工艺,不副产肥料级磷酸氢钙,可提高P_2O_5的回收率,放宽原料矿粉的适用范围。经工业生产实践证明,经济效益良好。

Abstract:The rate of recovery of P2O5 is very low with the traditional way of producing feed calcium hydrogen phosphate with wet phosphoric acid, and lack of continuous production, it is also hard to form large scale. A new process of producing feed calcium hydroden phosphate with wet phosphoric acid is introduced in this paper. The characteristics of the process are that washing ore and purifying rough phosphoric acid (desulphurizing and de-fluormating) are earned out synchronously, and no fertilizer calcium hydrogen phosphate is produced. With the advantage of increasing the recovery of P2O5 and extending the application range of phosphate ore, the process has achieved good economic benefit in industry production.
