| 摘 要： | 在普通混凝土配合比设计原理指导下,用正交设计试验方法和回归分析方法对屏蔽混凝土配合比设计方法及其影响因素进行了系统研究,提出了屏蔽混凝土配合比设计容重法和体积法相结合的计算方法,给出了屏蔽混凝土配合比设计方法步骤.屏蔽混凝土配合比设计方法验证试验和工程应用实践表明,配合比设计方法计算准确,高效可靠.

| Abstract: | Guided by general concrete mix principles,we made a comprehensive study on methods for the design of shielding concrete mix ratio as well as its related factors by means of orthogonal design experiments and regression analysis method.Then we put forward the calculating formulae and steps for the design of shielding concrete mix ratio which combined the weight-holding method with the volume method.A series of tests and practical application show that this method of mix design is accurate,efficient and reliable. |
