| 摘 要： | 结合实践经验，从基础底板的设计，地下室的墙体设计等方面，提出了砖混结构住宅楼半埋式地下室的设计模式，指出该设计方法，结构上安全可靠，建筑上防水防潮，且能满足使用要求，具有实用价值。

| Abstract: | Combined with practical work the design of partly buried basement of masonry concrete buildings is discussion from several aspects such as foundation base plate design, wall design of basement and so on. Author points out this design method not only meet the service requirements but also satisfy the technical specification in structural reliability and waterproof features with practical value. |
