摘    要:轿车转向节是轿车上的关键零件,对尺寸精度和产品质量要求很高。应用常规塑性成形方法,工序多、能耗大。闭塞锻造技术是近年发展起来的精密成形技术。以捷达轿车转向节为研究对象,制定了挤压带式可分凹模闭塞挤压精密预制坯和开式终锻成形相结合的“一火两锻”成形工艺。预锻件的成形质量直接影响到整个工艺流程.因此,以DEFORM软件为工具,重点研究预锻件成形过程中的关键工艺参数,如挤压带的长度、冲头尺寸、合模力和挤压力的关系,对于该工艺的实际应用具有重要参考价值。数值模拟结果表明,该工艺是可行的,而且具有降低能耗及材料利用率高的显著优点。

Abstract:A steering knuckle is the key component in cars,which needs high requirements in dimensional accuracy and product quality.The conventional plastic forming method has too many procedures and high energy consumptions.The obliterated forging is a new precision forming technology developed recent years.Aimed at Jetta steering knuckle,the technology of two forging steps in one heat was presented,which combined precision pre-forging by extrusion-belt obliterated extrusion with open finish-forging.The forming quality of pre-forging part influenced the whole technological process directly,so the critical technological parameters of pre-forging forming were studied by using DEFORM software,which included extrusion-belt length,punch size,the relationship of clamping pressure and extrusion pressure etc.The study provided significant reference value to practical application of the technology.The numerical simulation results show that the technology is feasible and can reduce energy consumption and increase the utilization ratio of material.
