亚波长金属光栅透射性的多模型比较

摘    要:亚波长金属光栅异常透射特性在光电子器件设计中有着极其重要的应用。不同的色散材料模型对金属材料的纳光子器件特性的影响是不同的。在可见光波段,应用FDTD数值模拟方法,分析了PEC(perfect conductor)、Drude和Lorentz-Dmde金属材料模型对亚波长金属光栅透射率的影响。在FUID算法中,引入Auxiliary Differentia Equation(ADE)方法解决了频域Dmde、Lonentz-Drudc模型到时域的转化。研究结果表明,应用ADE-FDTD方法,在可见光波段选用Lorenz-Dnale模型能更精确的模拟金属光栅的透射率。
