均相催化剂环烷酸钼的制备

本文介绍了以环烷酸，草酸和三氧化钼为原料制备均相催化剂环烷酸钼的方法。首先用皂化法和蒸馏法对原料环烷酸进行精制，以提高酸值，然后以反应时间，反应物摩尔比，反应物酸值和反应温度等因素进行正交试验，以获得最佳试验条件和方案，最终使环烷酸钼的钼含量达到６．２５％，试验证明它对丁烯的环氧化过程中确实起了催化作用。

Preparation of Homogenous catalyst Molybdenum Naphthenate

Usig naphthenic acid,oxalic acid and molybdenum trioxide as raw meterials a new method about preparation of the homogeneous catalyst molybdenum naphthenate was introduced in this paper.First,naphthenic acid was refined by saponification and distillation,for raising its acidity,then an orthogonal test was designed in order to obtain the best test condition and plan,the key factors were reaction time,reactant mole ratio,acidity and reaction temperature. As the Mo content was up to 6 25% it was showed that the product-molybdenum naphthenate exhibited the catalytic action in the process of epoxy reaction of butylene.
