| Abstract: | The structure and manufacturability of front panel of air-conditioner was analyzed. The consideration factors in designing hot-runner injection mould for front panel were discussed. Design of cavity and core, hot-runner system, side opening and interior, and bevel pillar slide block core-pulling mechanism was introduced. |
