点支式双层中空玻璃板的变形性能分析

摘    要:简要分析、介绍了点支中空玻璃板的承载特点 ,并简述了有限元模型的建立过程 ,其位移计算结果与现有试验测值吻合较好。利用该模型 ,分别研究了气体层厚度、内外片玻璃板厚以及孔心边距等参数对于点支中空玻璃变形性能的影响 ,对点支中空玻璃的设计计算提出了必要的建议。

Abstract:This paper analyzes and introduces the point supported mid-hollow glass′s loading property concisely,and provides the general finite element modeling process.The finite element calculations agree well with the experimental results.The gas layer′s thicknesses,outer and inner panels′ thickness,distance from the supported point to the edge have been taken into account to analyze the deformation property of the mid-hollow glass.Some advices are also made for designs and calculations.
