| 摘 要： | 研究生导师队伍的建设,不仅是提高研究生教育质量的关键,而且对顺利实施产学研合作工程有着重要的现实意义.研究生导师队伍建设应以培养创新实践型高级人才为导向,从强化导师自身专业素质和道德修养、鼓励导师投身产学研合作科研工作、提升科研成果转化能力、建立合理的兼职研究生导师引入机制、成立跨学科导师联合指导小组等多方面着手.
