| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于拓普康IS影像三维扫描全站仪获取的点云数据构造不规则三角网（TIN）计算土石方量的方法，并对IS系统在齐齐哈尔市碾子山区东海采石场土石方测量中的应用情况进行了详细的介绍。结果表明，利用IS影像三维扫描全站仪进行土石方测量，可大大提高工作效率。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the calculation method based on point-cloud data gotten by IS image 3D scan total station to structure irregular triangulation network,and introduces in detail the application situation of cubic meter of earth and stone survey of Donghai Stone Pit in Qiqihaer City.The result indicates that this method can heighten the work efficiency. |
