激光焊接超细基胎体金刚石薄壁钻

摘    要:采用激光焊接超细预合金粉胎体,开发了新的薄壁钻产品,通过对与现有的产品工艺、性能测试以及实际使用分析对比,结果表明:激光焊接与普通钎焊相比结合强度提高2-3倍,克服了胎体脱落问题,胎体耐磨性提高了50%-120%,其中轴向磨损速率提高1.2倍;钻削速度提高30.4%,工矿适应性增加,使用寿命提高25%-108%。

Abstract:Laser welding and superfine base powder segments were used to develop, a novel core drill bit product. By analyzing andcomparing with the existing products technology, performances and practical use the test result shows : The bond-strength of laserwelding is 2~3 times that of the common brass solder; the segments breaking off from the base is overcome, the wearability isenhanced by 50%~120%, the axial abrasion rate by 1.2 times, the drill speed by 30.4%, able to adapt more work conditions, and thelifetime is increased by 25%~108%.
