铝电解槽阳极电流分布特征及设计上的思考

摘    要:在铝电解槽阳极换块周期内连续测定阳极组的电流分布值。并采用电阻温度系数去修正测定值。掌握阳极组在换极的不同时段的电流分布特征及规律,采用绝对偏差、偏差比的对比分析方法,评价阳极组在换极的不同时段,换阳极组数发生变化时,阳极组电流分布的不均匀性(波动)。依据上述内容,对铝电解槽阳极组的设计提出需综合考虑的几个因素。

Abstract:The current distribution value of anode group is continuously detected during the period of changing anode and the resistance-temperature coefficient is adopted to adjust the value.The current distribution feature and rule of anode group in different period of time is known and found out.By the analyzing method of absolute deviation and deviation ratio,the bad-distributed(fluctuating) of current distribution of anode group is evaluated during the different period time of changing anode and the time when the number of anode is changed.According to the above,some factors need to be considered comprehensively when the anode group of cell is designed.
