摘    要:对一种新型火力发电机组用减温减压装置进行了研究,讨论了其集管轴向喷射流量均匀分配的设计准则及蒸汽流通能力的计算方法,对集管外侧档板受力和档板结构应力强度进行了分析,并以某600MW火电机组二级旁路中所用减温减压装置为例,对其进行了较核计算。

Abstract:In this paper, a new kind of reducing temperature and pressure equipment used in the by pass of thermal generating unit has been studied. The design criterion about the axial uniformity of jet flow rates, the calculation methods of through flow capability and the received force of outer baffle plate of collector pipe have been discussed. The stress intensity of outer baffle plate and support plate have been analyzed. An example calculation of this new kind of reducing temperature and pressure equipment used in the second by pass of a 600MW thermal generating unit has been verified. Figs 8, tables 3 and refs 6.
