Fe3Al金属间化合物手弧焊连接的界面研究

摘    要:对"半陶瓷材料"Fe3Al金属间化合物,用不锈钢焊条进行了手弧焊连接.采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱分析、X射线衍射等测试手段对接头连接界面的微观组织、特征点的化学成分和相结构等进行了分析研究.结果表明:焊缝与母材基体结合良好.界面及两侧合金元素扩散的浓度呈梯度变化,尤其Al元素在焊缝中扩散的浓度梯度最显著.界面虽然有元素扩散,但没有明显的新相生成.

Abstract:The semi-ceramics Fe3Al intermetallies was welded by shielded metal arc welding with stainless steel using stainless steel welding rod. The microstructure, chemical composition and phase structure of welding interface were studied by optical microscopy, SEM, ESA and XRD. The results show that welding seam joint well with base material. The concentration of alloy elements of interface and both side of interface change by grads, especially, aluminum obviously change by grads on welding seam, Elements diffusion found but no new phase formed on the interface.
