摘    要:介绍了连续热镀锌镀层粘附的机理,并结合生产实际研究了影响镀层粘附性的工艺因素,包括原料表面状态、炉内气氛、锌液成分及镀锌工艺参数等,还提出了改善镀层粘附性的措施。

Abstract:This paper describes the mechanism of coating adhesion of hot dip galvanizing and discusses technological factors that influence the adhesion of coating. The factors include: the surface appearance of strip,gases of annealing furnace,compositions of zinc solution, technological parameters of galvanizing,etc. In addition,some measures to improve the adhesion of coating are also given in the paper.
